Logistics Executive 2

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel to customers.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline logistics and maintain inventory levels.

Oversee order processing, dispatch schedules, and tracking of fuel deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier agreements.

Identify and resolve operational issues in the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.

Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the fuel or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Proficiency in using supply chain software and tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain operations.
