Summary

As part a cross-cutting entity, this position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations within our organization. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology systems, assist with troubleshooting, and provide essential administrative support.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

  • Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with computer setup, and resolving basic IT-related inquiries.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and inventory management of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals. Ensure software installations and updates are performed efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and user accounts. Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • User Account Management: Assist in user account creation, modification, and deletion in various systems, ensuring proper access permissions and security protocols are followed.
  • Network Assistance: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, and collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve more complex network problems.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of IT inventory, order necessary supplies, and ensure all equipment is properly labeled and organized.
  • Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the IT department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and assisting with IT-related projects as needed.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are followed by all employees and that security protocols are upheld.
